– Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.

– Name changes are allowed with a $75 name change fee up until the final payment date (Applies only to international trips).

– Late payment of $50 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.

– All late payment requests must be approved before the final payment deadline on your account.

– Your deposit and payments are nonrefundable or transferable to another trip. In the incident of an Act of God, Natural Disaster and/or Supernatural Event, you will be allowed to transfer your dates to an upcoming trip. In this instance, a refund is not permitted, transfers ONLY.

-Name transfers are only allowed to other individual(s) for a nominal fee on a case-by-case basis. No changes are allowed 90 days before departure. 

When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided billing plan for you, and you will be made known in advance the day of every month that your payment is due. You will receive an invoice payment link via email 7 days prior to your payment being due. 

– Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments is your responsibility to be paid on time via your personal invoice pay-link.

– You will be able to log into your account and check your invoice at any time after you have reserved your trip.

– Payments past due 60+ days will be grounds for immediate cancellation. 

 – Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates/ date of arrival.

– Indonesia – Upon entry into Indonesia, passport holders are required to have two, entirely blank (unstamped) visa pages available in their passport, each time entry is sought into Indonesia. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/ amendment pages at the back of the passport.

– You can purchase the Visa already online and avoid queuing at VOA counters at the airport which will save you time and is much more convenient.

Only use the Official Immigration Website to purchase your Visa on Arrival online.

You can apply for e-VOA 14 days before your travel. However, you are advised to create an e-VOA request at least 48 hours before your departure.

If you do not purchase the e-VOA before you arrive in Indonesia, you can still purchase the VOA at the VOA counter in the airport arrival hall.

You will fly into DPS. Arrival date October 2, 2025. Departure date October 7, 2025. 6days/ 5 nights. Please be sure to depart on September 30, 2025, if you are planning on taking a 30+ hour flight. A lot of us will be flying out of Atlanta Hartsfiled Airport together. 

– Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation in the event that it becomes necessary.

 – Make sure you are up-to-date on routine vaccines before every trip.
These vaccines include the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine,
diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, varicella (chickenpox) vaccine,
polio vaccine, and your yearly flu shot.

– The CDC recommends you to visit your doctor (ideally, 4-6 weeks)
before your trip to get vaccines or medicines you may need.

– FULLY VACCINATED (can travel)

– Travelers who are fully vaccinated, DO NOT need to quarantine and can enter into Indonesia now without a PCR tests.

– Fully vaccinated: 2 or more doses. (Johnson & Johnson counts as 2 doses).

– UNVACCINATED (only with medical exemption letter)

– Unvaccinated travelers can enter Bali / Indonesia only if they are medically exempted (comorbidity diseases or other reasons that clearly state that for medical reasons they cannot be vaccinated).

– You need: Medical statement letter from a doctor explaining the medical/health conditions and reason for vaccination exemption.

– You cannot enter Bali-Indonesia, if you choose to be unvaccinated because of personal choice (other than medical conditions).
